- Constable (AAPBn), Constable (Civil Police), Fireman, Laboratory Attendant, Library Attendant, Manual Assistant:
Passed Class X (Matriculation) or equivalent from a recognized board. - Constable (Tax, Excise and Narcotics), MTS (All categories – Chowkidar, Cook, Gestetner Operator, Male Attendant, Mali, Peon, Sweeper):
Passed Class X or possess ITI or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

- Merit List: Based on marks obtained
Stage II: Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET) (For Uniformed Posts Only)
- Applicable to Constable and Fireman posts
- Shortlisting ratio: 1:8 based on written exam results
- PST & PET are qualifying tests — must be cleared to advance
Stage III: Medical Fitness Test (For Uniformed Posts Only)
- For candidates who clear Stage II
